The trailer for Turkey’s first science-fiction film, “Dark Territory,” has been announced. Produced with contributions from our FabriKHAS Advisory Board member Serkan Semiz and VFX Istanbul, the film follows a group of soldiers who receive a special mission from Mustafa Kemal Atatürk just days before the Great Offensive. They encounter a crashed spaceship and face both enemy soldiers and aliens. Directed by Ramazan Ekmekçi, the film stars Kadir Parlak, Ozan Turan, and Hasan Şenbayrak. “Dark Territory” is scheduled for release on September 12, 2025.
